A massive multi-million redevelopment of the Old Bellevue Mall has just been announced. The entire retail facility will be leveled to make way for a massive new $200 million mixed use development.
What will be built will include a huge mixed-use development with at least 400,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertaining space, over 300 multi-family homes, a 120-room hotel, over 360,000 square feet of office space, and more.
City developers in Nashville are working with city leaders to estimate at least 3,000 jobs and increase city and county sales tax revenues by about $3.8 million per year.
